How to Take Your Measurements
It is recommended to take measurements over underwear or very close-fitting garments, to get the most precise result possible.
A) Bust circumference, B) Waist circumference, C) Hip circumference, D) Rise — measured from the shoulder, through the crotch, around the back to the shoulder again, E) Length from crotch to ankle.
A tip — especially if you are measuring yourself — is to tie a measuring tape around your waist as a reference line. It should not be too loose or too tight. Ideally, ask someone to help you to make sure the measurements are accurate without forcing your posture.
